The “A Step Ahead” concept bases Instramed launches for 2008.
The “A Step Ahead” concept, launched in 2007, summarizes in one simple expression Instramed values and objectives concerning their products and services, to the market and their own staff.
The proposition is that the company is base don the customer needs, offering products that are “A Step Ahead” of what is available in the market in terms of friendly use, technical specifications, design and cost-benefit.
Hence, since Cardiomax, the Biphasic Defibrillator Monitor, was launched, this has been Instramed products main feature.
In 2008 there will be two launchings, increasing the line of equipments designed based on the “A Step Ahead” concept. Following this trend, Instramed has worked to develop and soon offer a whole new range of equipment.
This concept extends to services as well. Thus, differentials such as the exclusive 3-year warranty, factory assistance, ISO certifications - mainly ISO 13485:2003 which is exclusive to the medical industry – and in the future the CE certification (EU) are examples of how much Instramed is committed to this initiative. |
