The CardioMax Line of Instramed defibrillator monitors is the first in the segment, in Latin America, to receive CE Certification.
One of the most important acknowledgements of quality in the world, the CE Mark certifies that a product complies with the rigid regulations of safety, health and environment of the European Common Market.
In Latin America, the CardioMax line is the first in the segment of two-phase defibrillator monitors up to 360J, developed in Brazil, to receive this distinction.
This will allow an advance in the international strategy of Instramed, enabling the company to perform in markets such as Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Poland and other countries in Western Europe.
According to Arthur Moraes – the General Manager of Instramed, the new certification, linked to features such as differentiated design, ergonomics, technology, robustness and being easy to use, allows a potential growth forecast of about 50% in the defibrillator division for 2010.
Instramed is one of the largest manufacturers of medical equipment in Brazil. With domestic research, development and manufacturing, it is headquartered in Porto Alegre – RS, performing in the areas of cardioverters, multiparametric monitors and defibrillators. |
